Born in Naples in 1977. Graduated with honors in Civil Engineering from the Federico II University of Naples, he furthered his education with an Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi and an Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau.
From 2001 to 2011, he advanced professionally in both international (Venezuela, Morocco, Romania) and national settings, progressing from early technical roles to the technical management of complex infrastructure projects (e.g., subways, dams) with significant organizational and financial responsibilities. He later transitioned to commercial development and internationalization, taking on broader managerial roles.
Following this period and until the end of 2023, first as General Manager and then as CEO, he focused on asset and development management in the Real Estate sector, as well as on turnaround and growth in the construction industry, achieving significant results at both the individual company and group holding levels.
As CEO, he implemented structured digitalization and governance processes, including a focus on sustainability, while also leading the development of a pipeline of major urban regeneration mixed-use real estate projects based on a concept of digital servitization of assets.
