At the RoS we believe in the importance of dedicating time to the development and growth of our resources, and we do this both through team meetings, events and training sessions to share objectives and projects and to develop individual or group skills, and through workshops, sports tournaments and other initiatives, to strengthen the spirit of belonging and cohesion among the team members.
The RoS-Idential is our annual training meeting, which we like to organize in an ever-changing location that allows us to appreciate the variety and beauty of the Italian territory. The objective of the two-day event is to promote collaboration, share activities and common goals, update on the progress of projects, and strengthen the sense of belonging. Alongside the plenary sessions, we organize fun teambuilding activities, where the participants have the opportunity to put their skills into play. In addition to the employees and business partners of the RoS, the presence of professional experts is also very appreciated, as they provide an opportunity to learn new knowledge.
The RoS-Immersion are our training days with qualified professionals, aimed at improving skills and know-how.
The regional aperitifs are a pleasant moment to share the historical, cultural and culinary peculiarities of the Italian regions, in which each team member, in turns, has the task of telling the history, curiosities and bringing to the attention of colleagues, the typical local products of their home territory.
Sports tournaments are a unique opportunity to promote healthy competition, strengthen ties between employees and create a sense of belonging within the company. Our Padel tournament is an annual competition in which the best couple on the court wins the trophy ‘The RoS-Way of Padel’.
