We are convinced that in this historical moment of profound and rapid economic, social, cultural and technological change, there is an extraordinary need to nurture ambitious visions, innovative strategic positionings and strategic plans that can clearly indicate the way forward and guide organizations toward new business models in both the B2C and B2B sectors.

the RoS was founded based on the 25 years of experience of Massimiliano Bruni in uniting his analytic approach as a Professor in the two most prestigious Management & Communication academic realities in Italy (SDA Bocconi School of Management and IULM University) with real-life projects and partnerships involving both large and medium Italian and international organizations.

Thanks to the valid contribution of experienced and qualified Top Managers and a dynamic and varied team, the RoS is committed to bringing experience, method, passion and free thinking to the creation of original perspectives and the identification of ambitious and concrete growth objectives capable of driving organizations to reach a new level of development.
