Giuseppe has worked for more than thirty years in banking and finance concentrating his activity on Private Equity and M&A. Giuseppe worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (the “EBRD”), Intesa Sanpaolo Group, Lehman Brother and the International Finance Corporation (the World Bank Group). During his career Giuseppe has collected a cross- industry exposure, with a special concentration on consumer goods.
Besides Giuseppe has been a member of several Board of Directors in the investee companies. Giuseppe is cooperating with “LUISS” working in structured finance andbusiness valuation courses.
Giuseppe holds a Law degree from University of Rome and holdsa master’s in finance from George Washington University.
