Davide Lezzi

Davide, has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management in Bocconi University, where he also completed a Master of Science in Management – Major in Corporate Finance. His thesis focused on analyzing the relationship between NextGen characteristics in entrepreneurial families and company performance following generational transition.

He began his professional career conducting research at the AIdAF-EY Chair of Strategic Management in Family Business at Bocconi University, before gaining experience in management consulting in the field of Corporate Governance at The European House-Ambrosetti.

Since joining the RoS, he has been involved in Business Strategy, M&A, managerial support, and organizational review projects for commercial, industrial, and manufacturing companies. Passionate about entrepreneurship, he is also interested in geopolitics, watchmaking, sports, motors, yachting, construction, and design.

Proudly from Salento and a supporter of Lecce, he follows the team every week, traveling across Italy.
Despite being from the south, he also enjoys skiing and is quite good at it.
