Alessandro obtained both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics and Management from Bocconi University in Milan, major in Corporate Finance (Private Equity and M&A), with a thesis focused on Entrepreneurship & Business Planning.
After completing his graduate studies, he joined the RoS, where he has been involved in market research, M&A scouting activities, and corporate reorganization projects in the Industrial and Food & Beverage sectors. He is currently engaged in the development of Strategic Plans and M&A transactions for companies and family-owned groups operating mainly in the industrial and B2B manufacturing space.
Passionate about entrepreneurship, he continuously deepens his knowledge of financial and managerial modeling, as well as business performance analysis. Alongside his project work, he also serves as a Buddy, contributing to the growth and development of junior team members.
A sports enthusiast and former football player, he actively practices skiing, padel, and running.
Originally from Lombardy and now based in Milan, he remains strongly connected to his family’s Emilian traditions, especially through making homemade tortellini.
