After earning a degree in Public Relations and Advertising and a Master’s degree in Brand Management from IULM University in Milan, Maria Rosaria began her career as an analyst in the field of management consulting.

She later built her managerial career through diverse experiences in large companies, startups, and entrepreneurial ventures, mainly in the food sector, working across industry, retail, and media, focusing on Marketing, Innovation, and Strategy.

More recently, she expanded her education by completing the Executive Program in Sustainability and Impact Leadership at POLIMI Graduate School of Management, developing expertise on the most pressing issues related to impact.

Her skills range from marketing to digital communication, from retail to sustainability topics, with an integrated perspective on brand growth and transformation paths.

She is a mother and a diver.
