Federico holds a degree in business administration and management and a master’s degree in economics and legislation for business at Bocconi University in Milan. During his academic career he attended MBA programs at the Graduate School of Management in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation.
In 2011 he began his professional career in PwC, working on audits in the financial sector and shortly afterwards he qualified as a chartered accountant and auditor. Later Federico specialized in management and strategic consulting to multinational companies and groups, operating in various sectors, including: mechanics, food & beverage, pharma, energy and hi-tech.
In particular, Federico has dealt with M&A transactions and value chain restructuring, gaining experience in defining corporate strategies, plans for internationalization and optimizing relations between group companies.
Federico has recently completed an Executive specialization course at the Business School of the Politecnico di Milano, deep-diving topics related to business strategy innovation and digital transformation.
Milanese by adoption but Tuscan native, Federico enjoys various sports and dedicates his free time to his family and to cultivating his many passions. One of these is wine, which has led him to obtain the title of sommelier in 2020.
