Elena Faleschini’s extensive international expertise is the result of more than 20 years in the lifestyle, fashion, and beauty industries, with a most recent focus on ESG and circularity projects.
She has worked in several global management positions within the areas of Brand Management, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising.
Her resume includes Coty Group (Lancaster), Diesel, Al Tayer Group (Dubai), House of Fraser, Galeries Lafayette, and global denim specialist ISKO. In her most recent role she worked at 7 For All Mankind, premium LA denim brand, as Director of Strategy & Sustainability.
Today, she is a fractional Senior Advisor for fashion, sports, and lifestyle brands as well as Professor at IULM University (Milan, Italy) and at Istituto Lorenzo de Medici (Florence).
Elena graduated in Business Administration from LIUC University (Italy), and her education includes studies in China, Korea, Switzerland, and the USA.
With a great passion for sports, she also holds a Master Degree In Sports Management from the Johann Cruyff Institute, Amsterdam.
