Fausta is an executive with consolidated managerial skills gained in global companies operating in Lifesciences, Healthcare and FMCG.
She graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Parma and went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Product Management and Sales Techniques at the same University. She subsequently attended the General Management Executive Education Program at the London Business School Campus.
In 1993 she began her career holding management positions both in Marketing and Sales for multinational companies such as Johnson Wax, Sara Lee H&BC and Unilever Italia, covering both the mass market and pharmacy channels for well-known Personal and Household Care brands.
In 2012 he entered the Pharmaceutical industry and in particular the Animal Health market, gaining important professional experience in Elanco Italia SpA, as Business Unit Manager for Pet Animals and in Novartis Animal Health SpA with the role of Country Head / CEO Italy.
Fausta values Diversity as an engine of innovation but above all as a force for professional and personal enrichment; she loves to travel; she is passionate about design and art and loves authentic food.
